Process of Workplace Consultation
1. Contact for Consultation Appointment
The first step is for your company to make contact to schedule an appointment for ergonomic workplace consultation.
2. Preliminary discussion with effort estimation
In this conversation, the needs and specific requirements of the company are discussed. Based on this, an initial estimate of the effort is made. A detailed proposal for the service is then created based on the preliminary discussion.
3. Facility Tour and Absence Analysis
A visit on-site at the company allows for a direct impression of the working conditions. It is also examined whether and to what extent working conditions might contribute to employee absences. By using special measuring devices, ergonomic data at the workplace are captured precisely.
4. Awareness and Knowledge Transfer
Employees are informed about the importance of ergonomic working conditions and gain valuable practical knowledge.
5. Optimization of the Workplace
Based on the collected data and insights, targeted measures for optimizing workplaces will be implemented.
6. Evaluation with Final Report
The results of the consultation and the implemented measures are summarized in a detailed final report. In the concluding discussion, the results are reviewed, and further recommendations for maintaining ergonomic working conditions are provided.
