The Brasiliana Chair brings the distinctive Brazilian “modo de vida” into the office, combining stylish design with exceptional seating comfort. With its ergonomically shaped seat and backrest, along with generous padding, this office chair sets new standards for relaxed and healthy sitting.
A highlight is the pocket spring core, combined with adaptable viscoelastic memory foam—originally developed for space travel. This duo provides an extraordinarily comfortable seating experience, comparable to the comfort of a luxurious sofa. The breathable cover perfectly completes the seating pleasure by staying pleasantly cool in summer and soothingly warm in winter.
ERGO TOP stands for active, dynamic sitting that keeps the muscles in motion through continuous balancing of the body’s center of gravity. This technology, developed in close collaboration with the Technical University of Munich, combines the advantages of a gym ball with ergonomic support.
With a 360° movable seat surface featuring seat depth adjustment, ERGO TOP promotes natural movements and supports an upright sitting posture. Whether leaning forward, turning, or reaching – the seat surface adapts flexibly and perfectly complements the passive synchronous mechanism of the chairs.
Initially implemented in the stool series “Ergo & Friends,” ERGO TOP is now a central feature of all Löffler swivel chairs. Through scientifically based work physiology, this innovation helps strengthen the back and muscles, overcome rigid seating habits, and promote long-term health.
Armrests are an essential component of an ergonomic office swivel chair. All swivel chairs in our online shop are therefore equipped with multifunctional armrests (Type 2, without arm pad). These offer not only height and width adjustments but also additional customization options: The armrest pad can be moved forward and backward in 20-mm increments and swiveled 15° to the left or right. This allows the armrests to be optimally adjusted to individual needs, ensuring maximum comfort and support.
If needed, the chair can also be configured without armrests, which is particularly advantageous in areas with limited space or for specific work requirements.
Individually adjustable features for optimal seating comfort:
Back pressure 45-120 kg: The synchronized mechanism adjusts the return force individually to the body weight, enabling dynamic sitting without much effort. At the same time, it ensures optimal support.
Backrest locking: The backrest can be tilted between 80° and 125° and locked in five positions. This allows for various sitting postures and effectively relieves the spine.
Additional lumbar support: For most models, a lumbar support is available, which supports the lower back and promotes an ergonomic sitting posture. This feature optimally complements the support effect of the backrest.
All office chairs are equipped with a high-quality gas lift that allows precise height adjustment of up to 11 cm. This feature enables flexible seat height adjustment to ensure an ergonomic seating posture and maximum comfort. It is ideal for individuals with a height between 150 cm and 190 cm and offers a comfortable adaptation for various work environments and needs.
Extended options for specific requirements
For individuals outside the standard size range, special gas lifts are available that allow for even higher or lower seat heights. This ensures that particularly small or tall users can sit ergonomically correct. Combined with other adjustment features, such as the synchronized mechanism or adjustable armrests, the seat height adjustment provides perfect integration into any work environment and optimal support for prolonged sitting.

In the factory in Hersbruck, in the heart of Germany, seating furniture is produced on around 2,200 square meters, representing the highest quality and sustainability. Approximately 40 experienced specialists from the Löffler team upholster, sew, and assemble each piece of furniture with precision and passion.
The materials used, such as foams, are free from CFCs and HCFCs, the plastics are pollutant-free, and the wood comes from sustainable European forestry. The high-quality leather is sourced only from German farms, with a focus on short transport routes and the highest standards.
