2 to 10 years warranty
We guarantee a minimum of two to ten years warranty on all items purchased from us (see list below). Services, gift cards, clearance items, and consumables are excluded. The two-year warranty period always starts with delivery. So, in case of delivery delays, this does not affect the warranty in any way.
Warranty Terms
The general warranty terms can be found in the terms and conditions. Please note that not every defect during the warranty period is automatically a warranty case. In cases of fall, impact, moisture, or wear and tear damage, the warranty claim is usually rejected by all manufacturers. Additionally, certain accessories, such as wear and tear parts, are not covered by the warranty.

Warranty certificate
The invoice or receipt also serves as the warranty certificate. Therefore, we kindly ask you to keep it safely. If the warranty certificate is lost, you can reprint it from your customer account. If you do not have a customer account, please contact us.
Warranty extension
For a wide range of products, we offer the option to extend the warranty. This allows you to extend the warranty period by 2 or 5 years. You can add the desired option to the product directly at the time of purchase under the tab “Warranty Additional Service.”
