This promotion is not connected to the used social media platform (Facebook/Instagram/YouTube/etc.) and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by the platform. The recipient of the information you provide is not the platform, but ErgoPoint GmbH. We kindly ask you to direct your questions, comments, or complaints not to the platform but directly to us at info@sitz.ch.

1. The organizer of the competition is ErgoPoint GmbH (sitz.ch)
2. Participation is free of charge
3. All sitz.ch Facebook fans, Instagram followers as well as non-fans and non-followers who are older than 18 years and have a residential address in Switzerland can participate.
4. The right to appeal is excluded. Employees of sitz.ch and their relatives are not eligible to participate.
5. Unless otherwise stated here, the prizes and the period of participation, as well as the task for participation, will be announced in the sweepstakes post.
6. Each person can participate only once. Multiple comments do not lead to additional participation. We reserve the right to delete entries that violate Facebook policies, Swiss law, copyright, or our terms and conditions and to exclude the author from participation. sitz.ch is not responsible for entries published by participants as part of the sweepstakes.
7. Any taxes, shipping costs, fees, or charges incurred by winning are to be borne by the winners. The winner of a prize must also submit a copy of a valid residence confirmation.
8. Winners will be notified directly by us. The winner will be notified as soon as possible, at the latest within one week after the end date announced in the sweepstakes post. After notification, the winner has three days to contact us by email at info@sitz.ch. An additional message must be sent to ErgoPoint for verification with the social media account used for participation. If a winner does not contact us within the specified period, the prize claim will expire without compensation, and the prize will go to another participant. Prizes are selected randomly depending on the sweepstakes. The prize cannot be paid in cash or exchanged.
9. The prize will usually be shipped by post within a maximum of 28 days after the winners are announced.
10. The right to change, adjust, suspend, or prematurely terminate the sweepstakes due to special circumstances is expressly reserved.
11. The prize is not resalable and will be reported in the event of resale.
12. The prizes mentioned in the sweepstakes text will be raffled. Cash payments are excluded.

All participants are obliged not to post unlawful content. Contributions may not contain insults, false statements, or infringe on competition, trademark, or copyright laws. Should third parties nevertheless assert claims due to the infringement of their rights, the participant indemnifies ErgoPoint GmbH from all claims. By participating in the sweepstakes, each participant commits to personally bear responsibility for any legal violations.

Sitz.ch uses the winner’s personal data (name and address) exclusively for the delivery of the prize. There is no transmission of data to third parties and no advertising use. After successful delivery, all user-related data will be fully deleted as legally permissible.

The participant assures that he/she holds all rights to the submitted image, has the unrestricted exploitation rights of all parts of the image, that the image is free from third-party rights, and that no personal rights are violated in the depiction of persons. If one or more persons are visibly depicted in the photo, they must agree to the publication of the image. The participant grants ErgoPoint GmbH the right to use the photos unlimited in time, space, and content, free of charge but not exclusively, including the right to edit. This applies regardless of the medium in which the publication takes place. ErgoPoint GmbH is entitled to use the photos for its own purposes at any time. Remuneration for the publication and use of the images is excluded.
